5. DAY 2 of Lising: Submit Data to RMLS Service, Service for imput to our Realtor Data Program, Multiple Listing Service imputs to two internet sites: http://DaveMcJunkin.Realtor.com and www.allstaterealestate.com
6. Week One of Listing: Create Marketing Campaign~
*Create, Develop, and publish market schedule and dates.
*Create, Develop, and publish Register Guard ad.
*Create, Develop, and publish Springfield Ad (If applicable)
*Create, Develop, and publish All State REal Estate Internet Ad.
*Create, Develop, and publish Homeseeker ad.
*Create, Develop, and publish Yard Flyer.
*Create, Develop, and publish Agent Flyer.
*Create, Develop, and publish Just Listed Postcards.
Deliver and/or install~
*Flyer Box
*Property Flyer for Flyer Box.
*Home Book.
*Property Flyer to Agents in All State Real Estate.
*Property Flyer to Top Ten Agents in local area of listing.
*Property Flyer to Top 20% of Agents in Lane County.
*Schedule your home for Office Tour- allowing Agents with ASRE time to preview your property.
*Schedule your home for RMLS tour- Allowing Agents in Lane County as well as a good portion of the I-5 corridor-all the way to Vancouver, Washington.(computer access to including, but not limited to verbiage and pictures)
Deliver to you:
*Full Marketing Plan with Dates
*Ad Drafts for your imput.
*Area Market Study.
*Home Book.
7. Week Two of Listing: Hold First OPEN HOUSE
*Search for buyers in our Buyer Match program, using our REALTOR data program.
8. Week Three of Listing: Place Ad in Local Newspaper every other week
*Search for buyers in our Buyer Match program, using our REALTOR data program.
*RE-evaluate market study.
*Respond to ALL buyers inquires.
*Check with you for showing update- Who and When showed your property and concerns.
*Call ALL Agents that have showed your property, checking for possible interest.
*Report activity and market study to you.
9. Week Four and After: Repeat #8 Until Sold
ONGOING:
*Maintain Sign, Brochure Box and Flyer In-Box.
*Promote Information about Home to Everyone.
*Be available for showing and information.
*Keep you informed.
*Evaluate the Market for Competition.
11. 30 Days After Listing: Meet with you for re-evaluation
*Market Conditions.
*Buyers.
*Marketing Trends.
*Showings and/or Lack of Price.
*Conditions or concerns.
